The Definition of Resiliency:

M. Reza Moghaddasi: Lecturer and Researcher of Resiliency
For defining Resiliency both in concept and in practice the two main concepts (The existence of challenge and Tension, and Good result must be relied on. In other words, these two must necessarily exist in the definition of resiliency. The definition of resiliency without one of these two components won’t have the necessary integrity.
In addition to the two essential concepts of “strained conditions” and “good result” in achieving the definition of resiliency, three aspects of time- future, present and past must be considered.
When the resiliency has the countervailing role, the power of resiliency is in present time and when it prevents the injury and damage we see the use of effective power in future or Resilience prognostication and when the effectiveness of resiliency is used for recovery and rehabilitation after damage and injuries or trauma we really enjoyed the resiliency of past.
In this sense Resiliency is not limited to prevention, reaction and recovery and rehabilitation after trauma.
So far the two components (strained conditions, good result) and three aspects of time (present, past and future) were noted.
Now referring to the square with four sides:
 Victory (Overcoming)
  Recovery(bounce back)
construction and definition of resiliency is provided closer to the end.
Individual, family, community, the environment, system and resilient organization should be able to overcome obstacles and challenges and rebuild, repair and recover the possible damage and achieve their goals.
In a nutshell, it is the energy spent to improve the situation.
